Exotic Bully

The Exotic Bully was originally meant to be a spinoff of the American Bully, but in time became a breed of its own. It is a breed that breeders have developed out of creative expression, using the more overdone features of smaller bulldog breeds like the French Bulldog, Shorty Bull and English Bulldog. The Exotic Bully began to take form in the late 2000’s when a new look (Bowed out elbows and “Smashed muzzles”) caught FIRE on the West Coast. The dogs began to get smaller, more compact, more wrinkled and more bulldoggy by look, thus separating it from the American Bully.
